We want you to love your smile. If you are not happy with Pearlie for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your order in full.

How to request a refund

• Email us at ndrecomus5@gmail.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
• Opened jars are covered: you do not need to have finished the product to ask for a refund.
• We may ask you to send the product back. If we do, we will tell you where to send it.

When you get your money

Once your request is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost.
