Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 8 to 12 business days after shipping.

• United Kingdom: £4.90, free on orders over £35.
• Canada: C$8.90, free on orders over C$65.
• Australia: A$8.90, free on orders over A$65.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, email us and we will look into it.

Lost packages

If your package has not arrived 20 business days after shipping, contact us and we will resend it or refund you.

Customs

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country.
